iCanConnect Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution Program
Don’t let vision and hearing loss keep you from staying connected! The National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution Program (NDBEDP) provides a wide variety of free communication equipment to people with significant combined hearing and vision loss who meet federal income guidelines. Available equipment includes:
- Computers – including desktop PCs, laptop PCs, monitors and more
- Mobile Devices – including cell phones, smartphones, tablets and more
- Braille Devices
- Traditional Phones – including amplified speaker phones, cordless phones and more
- Signalers – including audible, visual and vibrating options
- Software – including screen readers and screen magnifier programs
- Accessories – including specialized keyboards, mounts, switches, headsets and more
