The Telecommunication Equipment Distribution (TED) program provides free or low-cost phone equipment to people who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind and or speech disabled.

Free or Reduced-Cost Equipment Eligibility
To be eligible for the TED Program you need to live in South Dakota and have hearing loss, speech or physical disability that limits your use of a standard telephone. You must also have a telephone in your home or have applied for telephone service.
